Marking on plastic cards

Unlock Expert Insights into Marking on Plastic Cards. Explore Versatile Methods and Learn How to Achieve High-Quality Markings for Identification, Branding, and Security on Plastic Card Surfaces.

Task: to achieve maximum similarity of marking with marking on samples. Marking should be made in the form of horizontal lines; the color, font and size of the markings should be as similar as possible to the samples.

The following equipment was used for marking:

Laser JPT Seal -355-3 E with a wavelength of 355 nm, a pulse frequency of 20-150 kHz, a power of 3.5 W, with an RC 7110 galvanometer and a lens with a focal length of 160 mm.

Raycus fiber laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm, a pulse frequency of 50-100 kHz, a power of 50 W, with an RC 1001 galvanometer and a lens with a focal length of 163 mm.

Raycus fiber laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm, a pulse frequency of 30-60 kHz, a power of 30 W, with an RC 1001 galvanometer installed and a lens with a focal length of 163 mm.

The control was carried out using the EzCad program .
