We use high-quality NICHIA NUBM44/47 laser diodes with 7-8 watt CW power output.
The basic idea is very simple: we combine two laser beams with S & P polarization in a prism and get one single laser beam. It allows us to focus it perfectly and have a 90-degree angle hitting a surface for cutting or engraving. It allows the best laser beam spot.
