However, there is no clear guide if you can use 445 nm (blue) laser diode  to cut 0.3 mm PET plastics for that shields


Our answer is  – YES, you can cut with a 10 watt Endurance 445 nm diode laser 0.3 mm PET plastics for that shield

  1. Cover it with masking tape on both sides.
  2. Setup 95% power. Use speed 100 mm / minute. 2 repeats
  3. One it cut – remove the protective cover.
