Description
The PKD-030 impact dot marker is designed for applying any graphic and textual information (logos, texts, serial numbers, etc.) to metal products and alloys, as well as solid types of non-metallic materials. The equipment can be used both in semi-automatic and automatic mode as part of a production line. The PKD-030 portable dot marker is widely used in the automotive, aviation and electrical industries, instrument making, small and medium-sized businesses for applying any graphic and text information to products.
Portable dot marker PKD-030 is quite easy to use and operate, has small size and ease of movement. The device is easily attached to metal surfaces using magnets. The marker is a hard alloy construction, and the needle hardness can reach 92HRA. High positioning accuracy and stability is achieved through the use of components from Germany and Japan in the design of the machine. High wear resistance and low air pressure are the advantages that determine the low operating costs in terms of energy consumption and maintenance.
Impact-dot marking guarantees the quality and reliability of graphic and text information applied to a product or material. Marking is done using continuous dots applied by shock vibration of the needle. The movement of the needle is provided by stepper motors.
