Description
The machine is designed for cutting, making products from soft and hard wood, chipboard, MDF, hardboard, PVC, getinax, artificial stone, combined materials, to solve most typical production tasks and can be used for high-precision , high-speed cutting and engraving of various products of furniture, advertising, architectural, model production, mold making, glass, acrylic processing, etc. for the manufacture of simple and complex elements in 2 and 3 planes.
Machine design: machine M3020C floor version. The bed is made of profile thick-walled metal-roll, giving the machine strength, sufficient weight, static and accuracy in the processing of materials. The mechanical part of the CNC milling and engraving machine consists of a mobile portal with a spindle assembly installed on it. The rack and pinion drive on the X and Y axes and the screw drive with double ball screws on the Z axis are driven by stepper motors, which are controlled either from a computer with an NCstudio system interface or through an installed DSP unit with manual control functions.
The machine is equipped by default with a working table made of duralumin profile, covered with protective PVC and has T-slots for fixing workpieces. The accuracy of the machine is determined by the double linear guides installed along the axes. In the extreme positions, limit contactless sensors are installed. The 4.5kW spindle can be either water cooled or air cooled, and is equipped with a zero/material touch sensor.
This series is compatible with software such as Type3 / Artcam / UG / Pro-E / Mastercam / Ucancam and other CAD/CAM systems
