Description
The IGV-1325 machine is designed for the manufacture of products from soft and hard wood, chipboard, MDF, hardboard, PVC, getinaks, artificial stone, combined materials. This series of CNC Router and Engraver is designed to solve most typical production tasks, and can be used for high-precision, high-speed cutting and engraving of various products in furniture, advertising, architectural, model production, mold making, glass processing, acrylic, etc. P. for the manufacture of simple and complex elements in 2 and 3 planes.
Machine design: machine IGV-1325 floor version. The bed is welded, made of profiled thick-walled rolled metal, which gives the machine strength, sufficient weight, static and accuracy in the processing of materials. The mechanical part of the CNC milling and engraving machine consists of a mobile portal with a spindle assembly installed on it. The rack and pinion drive on the X and Y axes and the screw drive with double ball screw on the Z axis are driven by stepper motors, which are controlled either from a computer with an NCstudio system interface or through an installed DSP unit with manual control functions. The machine is equipped by default with a working table made of duralumin profile, covered with protective PVC and has T-slots for fixing workpieces, or it can be equipped with a 6-section vacuum clamping system. The accuracy of the machine is determined by the double linear guides installed along the axes. In the extreme positions, limit contactless sensors are installed. 1.5kW spindle /can be replaced by a more powerful 2.2kW both water-cooled and air-cooled, and equipped with a zero position sensor /material touch./
This series of machines are compatible with software such as Type3 / Artcam/UG / Pro-E / Mastercam / Ucancam and other CAD/CAM systems
